Translation from fabric (silk glass, 2023 collection) to wall covering, silk glass wall is a composition of damask "tesserae" from different eras (17th and 18th centuries) kept in the rubelli historical archives. from the joining of small fragments comes a new silky and elegant pattern. the pattern, thanks to a calibrated balance of solids and voids, is more animated and dynamic compared to traditional damask.
