Faux uni that crosses over into a deconstructed geometry of horizontal lines. a mélange of wefts of five different yarns, composed in a subtle play of different shades of a single colour. a texture of yarns that reveals the wool component to the touch, essential for achieving the relief effect. all 12 versions are based on the white of the chain: a neutral base that recalls carlo scarpa's 'transparent' murrine. saturno has the warp in evo nylon, an eco-sustainable yarn obtained from castor seeds and used by rubelli for some years now.
