Perù is also composed of a special flame-retardant polyester fibre, a geometrical jacquard which, playing on three colours, has a weave similar to that of rush baskets: the clear shade of the ivory blends with the other two colours to amplify the raised effect and the movement of the surface. As with Panama the aim was to re-create on this fabric a craft appearance, as if hand woven. The fabric is available in 11 colours and is suitable for heavy use.
